Not to get all down on you Sleepless, but NuckingFutz and BillieJ are right.
Maybe right now it's fun. Maybe right now you don't see the downside. But trust me. You might not be addicted, but that doesn't mean you have a magical immunity to the harmful effects of drugs.

You don't have to be an addict for drugs to be bad for you. You don't have to overdose, you don't have to steal, or lie, or hurt those around you for drugs to be bad for YOU. Drugs are drugs...and speaking from experience, your memory will suffer, your moods will suffer, maybe not immediately, but they will...if you don't stop. I don't think the drugs told you who you were, I think people who say that don't quite understand. I do believe they guided you on a path to finding who you are. Taking a drug is a choice, a particularly big choice that forces us to learn who we are. However, do you want to be that person who relies on a drug, a false reality, for soul searching?

If you love the idea of an epiphany, and seeing a different world, why don't you try some intense meditation and soul searching? You can totally find the same things you find in drugs but based in reality as Junerain suggested. It will be so much more worthwhile and real!! You can do it!
