said is so true - that's what I said earlier. I used to feel like you when I was a young teenager and I was terribly shy. I didn't know what was happening to me. Eventually as I matured it got better thank God.
But if you could speak with a counselor or do something to increase your confidence - this would help you get over it faster. Imagine in your mind that you're going to stand up to the panic - imagine the panic is a bully. This panic bully will control you - so let it come and don't let it upset you. This will weaken the 'panic bully'.
