I'm actually suffering with a kidney infection right now. Dunno how I got it but it's there and hurts like hell! eck!

Thanks for all the great advice everyone... Just dunno what to do anymore. Everything I do seems to only work for a few weeks then stops either on it's own or because I slip up and fall back down.
