Hi everyone!
Just a gentle reminder to those accessing and seeking/providing support on this forum, that the central theme of PC is to provide support to those in need of it.
If you are struggling with issues surrounding caring for a loved one with a mental health issue, the Caregivers Support Forum
http://forums.psychcentral.com/forumdisplay.php?f=20 is an excellent platform to discuss the issues being faced. It is also a good platform for resolving inner conflicts that may have been experienced in the past.
Any specific forum that addresses a particular mental health issue is primarily for discussing that issue, and members accessing this to provide support or seek it, are usually garnering great inner courage to speak out about how they are feeling and what they are facing. I know from my own experience, that this can be an extremely daunting task. We need to encourage each other through this process, to get optimal outcomes not only on PC but also in the therapy/healing we receive in real life.
ALL of us are important and all of our stories and lives are important. It is important that while we may not agree on everything, support for each other is what makes PC the great community that it is.
Take care everyone, of your precious selves, and may your days move with stillness.
