There is NO excuse for them making you wait/suffer that long. Can you see someone else instead?. Do you have any/enough meds to pull you through until you can get the help that you need?. I know here in the U.S. you can go to the ER and they will let you see a therapist/psychiatrist right there on the spot (if you request to see one) and they can give you meds (benzos, etc) right there on the spot. Can you do that?.
