OH BD, I feel for you, I so understand what you are talking about. Buddy is an oriental shorthair ( cousin to the siamese ). Just this past monday he ATE, yes ate my checkbook. Buddy talks all the time. Loves to run up to you and grab your feet. The other poor cats in the house are terrorized by him. Buddy is now 2 years old and has calmed down a great deal. I get sleep now. He used to have a habbit of jumping from the top of our TV stand onto our waterbed over and over again. What helped us out was to put him in Buddy jail as we called it. We would put him in a crate for 30 mins or so just until he calmed down some. My H actually thought Buddy had brain damage of some kind because he just goes crazy and runs around like a wild child. Buddy has slowed down a little with age and getting out of the kitten stage. As for the k9s and all. Buddy had 2 sets of teeth at one point until his baby teeth fell out on their own. Was weird to see, but normal. I also has a nervous cat who licks herself bald. But ya got to Love them.
