Hi Alex, You mention you're stressed out. That's usually enough to make me eat. Doesn't matter if it's a good stresser or a negative one, it just makes me want to eat. Can you identify what's stressing you out? What's giving you the feeling of depression? Sometimes if I can identlfy where the feelings are coming from it makes it easier not to eat. I can say, "well, that's just because of ...., it's not that i'm really hungry." Don't know if this helps any, hope so..
