OK. I went into my windows firewall (which I have off) and found some stuff about authentication (between computers, sharing etc) but one thing always leads to another (and I never know if they are connected) and pulled the data on the "failed" page and got this:

So even if it doesn't matter, I need to find where it's being blocked.
