I've been a member at PC for two years now (formerly silversparrow) but I haven't been posting in the bipolar forum or reading it until this past few months, I mostly lurk around Surviors or PTSD, since I'm new to my bipolar diagnosis I sometimes feel like I don't have a lot of helpful information just hugs to give out.
