It is good to know that it is all in my head . Man it hurts and it is good to know that water helps you too.
How often does this happen to you?
I forget to take water with me..at church though you can buy for 50 cents a small bottle of water. In fact the first time I was there I got the heart pains.
How often does this happen to you? Do other things happen too?
