I agree - since you're only 15, you need healthy food since you're still growing. If your appetite doesn't improve, please tell your doctor. I don't believe in diets - all people need to do is follow a healthy diet and exercise. Your brain and body needs food to function. The brain is the 1st thing to suffer with lack of concentration. I hope you feel better.
