Lord knows if it's any comfort to you, Sunny, but I have the same thing with strokes. I'm 64, and I keep having sudden weakness and paresthesia (strange feeling) on my left side. The first time they put me in the hospital and did the whole workup: CT scan and MRI. Nothing showed. It slowly went away over about a week, which means it wasn't what they call a TIA (transient ischemic attack) because those are defined as not lasting more than 24 hours. I've been to all the local expert neurologists and the sum total of their wisdom is that I haven't had a stroke, are not about to have a stroke and should just go and stop worrying about it. And that's what I do. Actually as I sit here and type to you, I have the same thing: weakness on my left side and paresthesia, though I still talk fine.
I don't know if this is any comfort to you, but it shows me that one can have some/all of the symptoms of classic major problems and not have them.
Take care, and don't get as upset.
