Thyroid meds. can take a while before you see a difference in some things, I noticed near immediate benefit, not weight as much as all the negatives that come along with a sluggish thyroid (hypothyroidism) I still have to lose some weight and exercise but the pounds before thyroid evaluation, and meds., it seemed the weight waas piling on.
Don't fret, give the meds time, they may have to increase the thyroid meds in months to come, but give it time.
Don't resort to bulimia or any other dangerous eating/non eating rememdies. Just like on another thread where one of your posts is, I am also cheering you on with this.
