Sorry to hear you've been going through a tough time with this obsession. It's a tough one, for sure. Because, how can one enjoy life when they're obsessing about the end of it?
I have two questions to ask of you: 1) Are these thoughts intrusive (they keep coming in even though you don't want them to?) and 2) Have you and your therapist ever considered ERP (Exposure Response Prevention) for this issue?
