Thoughts, are just that, just thoughts. I think we'd all be surprised if we knew other people's thoughts, especially sexual ones.

I had a boyfriend when we were your age that had a lot of similar-sounding trouble; he was really into his therapist's shoes, for example; try talking to someone for therapy when you are male, the therapist is female, and you have a fetish about their shoes :-) He also liked to wrestle unclothed (and wanted to lose, kind of hard to do if you're female, beat a guy wrestling!) Those are only a couple of things I could mention and only because it was 35+ years ago and neither he nor I are the same/in contact, no one could identify him, etc.

I do know that last time I knew of him he had just bought a house and had had several good relationships since me and looked well on his way to having a good life.
