we have trichtillomania was wondering if anyone here has managed to stop aand if so what helped you to do so?? I pull hair alot but I have a 6 yyear old alter who does it cconstantly when she is out she tells me when she pulls it feels like each hair is like a problem aand when she pulls it its like she is taking a problem aaway but then she feels bad aand pulls more as a result.. would appreciate any tips oor advice you could give
