You have been with this T for.. 8 years now? That is a long relationship, whether the relationship is healthy or unhealthy. I remember that you care about your T and you are (or parts are?) close to your T, but you are also angry concerning the unpaid loans.

At one time you were gonig to see a new T but then decided against that. Have you started to see another T yet? How is your marriage situation?

If you have a women's advocacy group near you, they might help you so you don't have to do this alone. Also, they may be able to refer you for legal assistance with this.
