I appreciate how concise you were in assessing the conditions and clarifying their applications. I agree with your conclusions. How come it took me a thousand words to figure out what you stated in a couple of sentences.

I will chalk it up to a personal indulgence of my manic over thinking. Thanks again for chiming in. I was hoping you would.
