I do think that T needs to know about the self harm. When I don't want to tell T something, I always ask myself what would be the point of going to see T and not being honest? Even though it's hard, I always try really hard to tell him about that kind of stuff. Your T will understand, and he won't be disappointed in you. He will be proud of you for working so hard and being so honest.
