Yes, I understand! Incompetence reigns... all too often. Davey... call your psychiatrist, please, and explain what happened. If you don't do that, then go to the ER, and say you can't live this way any more, that you just can't stand it all anymore... they might admit you (through the back door, so to speak) Most psych wards have a bed for emergencies... that they won't give out on a schedule.

But at the very LEAST you MUST let your psychiatrist know you are at home alone... she thinks you are safe in the hospital tonight.
