There is no one. I've tried to see neurologists for this, but the insurance company gets to them and they either won't see me, or act like blooming idiots (through what they say) and aren't wanting to help (paid off by insurance company???) I've even tape recorded what they say and verify how they treat me... because it was unbelieveable!

I still have the demerol .. for what it's worth... I tried all those other meds last year, remember? I reacted so severely to all of them! I'm not an addict... so I won't have that to go through...just constant increased pain. Part of my problem is not having enough to cover the pain all the time, resulting in my needing to store up a few for the higher pain days, which, in turn could also cause a high pain flare (because I'm not managing the day to day pain well enough.) If I do NOTHING I have enough meds to handle it usually. But my pt and T have urged me to increase social activity, for which I need MORE pain med for the increased pain... vicious cycle and I'm the loser.
