Ive been describing my Harbour Bridge dream
in therapy and get more and more panicked each time.
My daughter accidentally took me on the Anzac Bridge
and I had a panic attack, paralysed with fear that
we would end up on the Harbour Bridge. If I could've I
would've got out of the car and walked to a train to go home.
Recently my work asked me to take a 98yr old over the Harbour
Bridge to the East of the city. I was so glad I could refuse
because my car is getting exhaust fumes inside. If I had
been forced to do it I would've resigned.
The panic is so bad I think my head will explode.
The dream is that the Harbour Bridge gets exploded
and its too far for me to swim to the other side.
Anyway had to say it out loud and voice it so to speak.
My lungs are hurting now...thinking about it....
(hugs) to everyone....especially those not sleeping
at the moment. I have asthma attacks every morning 2am
when my son used to go to work...(I miss you my son).
