I don't think you can save someone else's Adobe file with the info in it unless they set up their software to allow that. You have to have the whole/real adobe suite (multi-hundreds of dollars) to do a lot of "fancy" stuff like that. I think you can print it though?

Are you sure you have the most up-to-date reader? (I think it's 9) If you have a much older reader and they have much more modern software/update, that might make a difference too.
