I hatethat sort of thing. Try concentrating on your breathinga nd do a quiet, interal scan of your body. How are the toes doing? Hello toes, follow on up to ankles, hi ankles, how are you and so on all the way up to your head, stopping and following your breathing at intervals through. I do thins if I start feling the anxiety taking over, and it helps, but it does take concentration. Hang in there. Even a short time is a vicotry, dear. We're rooting for you.
