Session today was just fine. I let T know I was not yet ready to return to work. He agreed :-) And I was angry with my father. T wanted me to experience that. I decided that I am very upset with him for stealing my joy of living. And now I am mad and ready to do whatever I need to do to reclaim my joy of being alive.
