- that sounded like serious surgery, but happy it was a success. I think the mistake I made was not keeping up with the exercises - you know when we don't have pain, we forget - I know that's wrong. I also agree it could be getting worse from using the computer. I used to work at an actual computer desk and now I'm at the dining table with a laptop. This happened right around the time I switched - I think the ergonomics are off and I'm raising my arms to much while typing. I think I'll try typing with it on my lap and cut back on time too.
