I am feeling really upset today. Its 2:47am and I am still awake. I am crying. I have been crying on and off all day. Why???? I am unsure

I have been talking to a friend about what my counsellor said and thats been playing on my mind and is making me a bit upset. Its nothign nasty its just I am so confused about who I am. When I asked my friend I asked her to be honest and she said what I thought she would say. I am pretty annoyed and upset and I don't know what to think anymore.

I am being a total idiot and I know that, I am being paranoid and weird and weird and weird and weird
