(((((((((((((((((Anony))))))))))))))))))))))
I know a little of how you feel.

I'm wrapping up my first year of college with only 2 weeks to go, and if I let myself think of everything that's looming... >.< Well. You know how panicky that can make a person. To manage it I make a list of the things I am going to do TODAY, in order of importance. If I can cross even one thing off that list, I consider it a victory. It's so, SO incredibly hard some days, when you deal with depression and the enhanced stress that can go with it.
The important thing to remember is that, for you, this IS harder than for a lot of others, and that you are here and working regardless!

It's extremely difficult sometimes, but when it comes right down to it YOU are the only person in your head, and nobody else can tell you that what you are going through is or is not valid. Try saying aloud, "My father is wrong. My feelings of stress is valid. I am a good, worthwhile person, and nobody can change that. I define myself!" Sounds corny, but it can help.
And maybe.... just let yourself cry.

My great grandmother used to say, "Sometimes a person needs a good, cleansing cry." I don't know about you, but it will often make me feel a bit better to just let the tears out, weep a little, and then pick up and face the day.
Either way, good luck! Let's both get through these last two weeks together, okay?
