Since it's all self-reported, lots of things can make a difference but the more often you take it, the sooner between taking it, probably the less change you'll see? It is partly about how you feel but a lot more about your whole attitude, to yourself and your problems that matters most I think. It probably takes longer to change attitudes about what one sees as one's problems than just the constant change in day-to-day feelings.
