Laying low is a good idea NF. I'm sorry that kind of stuff is happening in your building. It's very unnerving I'm sure.

But, let me tell you, this kind of thing happens everywhere, not just Section 8 housing. It's so unfortunate that no matter where you live these days, this kind of thing happens.....more than unfortunate, it's damned scary!
