I honestly don't know. Is it possible that you have acid reflux?, or ulcers-I had peptic ulcers at age 9 they were diagnosed...not the bacterial kind-the kind for life--can you see a gastroenterologist? That must feel awful.

My ulcers bleed, whenever i get upset--i puke blood. and then it's back on the prilosec and bland diet for me for 2-4 weeks.

It sounds definitaly somatic-most G.I. stuff is- I loved my G.I. Doctor--he was better that my shrink. "Head to stomach" he'd say.

Since it's wretching--maybe it's acid reflux--they have stuff over the counter for it...
but i'd get it checked out first....sorrry this happens to you -theo
