Starting around 2 PM Pacific (5 Eastern), nothing at PC including the home page was answering any more. After about 10 minutes I tried
downornot.com and they confirmed:

* Paris, FR: couldn't connect to host (Couldn't connect to server)(9207) ; 129ms DOWN
If 2 or more stations find an error or do not get response within 4 seconds, we consider the site to be "down"

Trouble is, they kept showing the same report from the same 3 stations and it's
still there as I'm about to post this, a good 15 minutes later!
Anyway, anyone know what happened?
