lavander, lavandar-hand lotion, fresh sprigs, or dried next to your pillow-the scent helps sleeping. Also either Sleepytime tea or Tensiontamer tea by Celestial Teas, no sugar or milk--just plain.
Do you take vitamins?--Vitamin B6 is excellent, Calcium, and Vitamin d, and Magnesium are great for sleeping...and don't pressure yourself to sleep.
If you can't sleep after half an hour, get up and go to another room and do something boring.....then return to bed and lay down and get those nice beach
scenes in your mind, breathe in through your nose slowly out through your mouth--make sure room temp is cool, and no lights- cept candle or a low light from all is on--
