Its really difficult to make the adjustment to seeing T less, but I think if you feel you are ready, then it is a good thing and you are learning to be able to better cope without T so much. You know T is still there, and if you need him between sessions he will still be there for you, but you are making great progress! As hard as it feels, I think this is what therapy is meant to be all about.
