When you SI do you plan it or is it impulsive?
Are you intoxicated or not, if so on what?
For me it has always been planned, except for the second part of my first SI, was so frustrated that the first part didn’t work out as planned (I won’t go into details)
And I have always been sober, so I can’t even blame my actions on drugs or alcohol for my actions.
