the words will come again. Do not worry that they will stay away forever. Because once again you are writing, you are giving voice to what is going on inside you. You are stopping only to regroup and then again you will write the pain on your heart. Do not be discouraged because you haven't written in two days. It is ok NOT to write, and it is ok to hide. Knowing within that something is happening is good. You don't always have to say what you are really feeling, because then you would be compromising your safety. Allow yourself time to be alone with those within, and search out that one who is so pushed down that you cannot see her. Know that she too needs to be heard. She has pain and sorrow and strength that needs to be listened to and accepted. Allow her the time to come out of that grave that she is in and give voice to her suffering.

Know that we will be right here, sitting quietly beside you, waiting for you to come and realize that there are those who truly care about you, who take the time to find out what the pain is about, who accept you for who you are.
