PC gave me a safe place to reach out to others when that was the last thing I was able to do in the depths of my worst depressive episode ever. On the day I found out I was bipolar I was allowed to rant all I wanted in the Bipolar board without judgment. I can say what I want and I get good responses from others who have been there. I have never had such support in my life without strings attached.

As I learn more about PTSD and how it affects my daily life PC is there for me.
