I love to read as well! What kind of books do you like - it's VERY hard to recommend a book to someone if you don't know the interests! Do you like fiction or non-fiction, sci fi, romance, mystery?
Some books I've read recently and liked are:
"The Blind Assassin" / Margaret Atwood (not about an assassin - the blind assassin is a fictional novel referred to in the actual book. Book is fiction set in Canada not too long ago, the best thing about the book is the way it's written)
Ender's Game (Orson Scott Card) and Dune (Frank Herbert) are great if you like science fiction
These aren't "feel good books" but they are very good. I can't think of any "happy " books right now but will be watching this thread =)
