when I'm down I read too I've been reading poetry more than anything lately but just being around a book in genral lifts my spirits!!

The World to Come by Dara Horn (Fantastic, the ending always makes me smile)

The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster (very quirky )

The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros (my fav book!)

The Final Solution by Michael Chabon (a bit slow going at times but well worth the lags in the plot at times)

My favorite book series is the Redwall series by Brian Jacques

And I always enjoy some e.e. cummings poetry when I'm down, his play with form and use of language abslutley thrills me!
