You are right they cannot have your life. We understand what you are saying and that the work before you is hard and takes the wind out of the sails so to speak. But you are not alone for we are walking here to listen and to uphold you as you take these steps.

What they did was not right and it is not who you are. For each one of us the sense of who we were was taken away and we did not even know at the time it was okay to be anyone but who they allowed us to be. Taking it back is some of the hardest work we have to do but it is our right to do. But you can do this and we are right here standing strong with you.

Standing up to take ones self back takes strength and courage of that you have. With each step you take you become stronger and when each part begins to be able to see together the strength cannot be broken. Like anderson said "Stand you ground". It belongs to you.
