i am taking my meds. which came first, the pain or the depression,this time? i found myself today almost bursting into tears in a store. for NO reason. just wanted to sob and sob. just down so far that i see no sky at all. just darkness. my daughter really needs me now (josh leaves soon) and i feel useless. help, please.
