My doctor did really trew me out of balance with her words. I know I am very vulnerable lately and it doens't take much to hurt me but her words did hit me hard. It took me back in time. She closed the door that had taken me so long just to open a bit.

I started the medication and I'm trying very hard to not give up. I'm trying.
