That's great that you're working on your fears. I saw a piece of a show on the telly last night that startled me; a woman has a fear of frogs and had a nice home and one night came home and there was a frog in her driveway and she froze. Fortunately a nice neighbor saw what was going on and got the frog out of the way but she still couldn't stand the situation so MOVED to a high rise in the city! She said she didn't want/have to deal with her fear, she was perfectly happy solving it that way (I was thinking about your fear of take aways, how they're not that healthy anyway :-)
