Thank you everyone.
The water is clear again. I washed my dishes and washed my clothes. I also cleaned my apartment and vacuumed. I feel like I was very productive today. It has been over 24 hours at this point so I think it is fine (they haven't told us it isn't.) Thanks for all the support, this is the first time this has happened to me. Now I just have to put my clean dishes back in the cupboards.
