i see my pdoc every 1-2 weeks and my T every 1-2 weeks also.

when i am really stable, i see my pdoc every 3 months, but that hasn't happened for a few years now. but my pdoc also does therapy with me, so that's why i see him more often. otherwise my meds only change rarely, and usually i know when they need changing so i can give him a call and get the ok.
