Yeah, I got one of the Neilmed ones, and they gave me an rx for Flonase which has been helping.
I'm starting to feel better now, but I do have to remember to
not over-exert myself tomorrow. Just because I feel a little better doesn't mean I'm on Batman level yet.
And to stop thinking about things too much, but my brain won't shut up.
