TY What AM I doing here this morning/??:??? aggghhhhhhhh!!!! It's five to 10 am and I have to leave at 10am to go to physical therapy and I haven't even brushed my teeth much less gotten dressed! I think that's approach / avoidance (more avoidance than approach?) g2g ugh.
