When I was in therapy I would get nights like that. Sometimes the dreams would relate to each other and other times they'd just be similar topics or totally different subjects.
Can you get a nap today? I hated having bad nights and having to get up and do work the next day with messed up thinking and loss of sleep both. I did write down my dreams though and kind of track them and shared some of them and what I thought about them with my therapist, etc. It helped to get someone else looking at them in person and comforting/reassuring me and looking at them "together" so I didn't feel so alone with them.
