I ran out of protonix so had a pretty rough time yesterday. I got it today and have had a much better day.  The enzymes really seem to help, even though I have a lot of stress going on right now.
Being able to get some protein down me has given me energy and I'm ever so excited about that. It's not fun being a sloth.
