I've done at least 8 of the 10 on your list, and most of them very habitually. I had only cut with a blade a couple of times before I joined this site, but all of these other things were just things I did, and a lot of them I don't think I really thought of as being SI. I also prided myself on my originality and creativity in choosing my methods. I've gotten a sunburn on purpose many times, gone running in the wrong shoes, pushed myself too far exercising, etc. I usually have sore muscles. I can get sore muscles just by not taking iron for a few days too. And getting other people to hurt me is another of my themes. I'm never sure if that counts or not. Passive methods are kind-of my specialty.
Nope, you're not alone. BTW, my T recognizes all of these, and reminds me when I think I'm getting away with it because at least I'm not cutting.
